Democrat Tim Keller wins special election for Mayor of Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE–Early vote counts at 7:30 p.m. show Keller with 62% of the vote and Dan Lewis with 37% of the vote.

Tim Keller lead the mayoral election in October, but did not get 50% of the vote needed to secure victory over Dan Lewis.

Keller is married, born and raised in Albuquerque and attended high school at St. Pius X, then he went on to Notre Dame and then Harvard Business School.

After serving two terms in the NM state senate representing the International District, Keller currently serves as state auditor and will take over the Mayor’s office on December 1st.
